Case study · Oakland, California

A clinic site built around the questions people ask after a crash.

Oakland Accident Care is my accident-injury clinic. After a car accident, people don't search for a clinic's name. They search for what to do next. So that's how the site is built.

Care after a car accident, across the East Bay

Oakland Accident Care helps people get examined and treated after car accidents. Many of them have never needed a chiropractor before, and they arrive with questions about insurance, lawyers and which doctor to see first.

The East Bay speaks many languages, so the site does too.

What I built

  • Pages that answer the questions people ask after a crash: what to do next, whether you need a lawyer, which doctor to see, and symptoms that show up later
  • Pages for common injuries, like whiplash, a stiff neck, shoulder pain and lower back pain
  • Pages for East Bay neighborhoods and cities: Berkeley, Emeryville, Fruitvale, East Oakland, West Oakland, San Leandro and Hayward
  • Pages in English, Spanish and Russian
  • A free crash kit, plus pages on same-day appointments and auto insurance
