Websites · Search · AI visibility

A website is a garden. Plant it right, then keep tending it.

Most websites get built once and left to grow weeds. Yours gets a strong start, then steady care every month: new pages, fixes, fresh content and better visibility on Google, Bing and AI search. And it always sounds like you.

My prices are lower than most agencies because AI handles the repetitive work. The hands-on work, the editing in your voice, and the strategy that gives you a direction still come from me, and they're included with every package.

Steps 1–3 are free

Discovery, consult and exam, then a plan

Before you buy anything, you get a conversation about your business, a full visibility exam (Google, Bing, Maps and AI answers), and a written report with one clear recommendation. It's yours to keep either way.

Two ways to build your site

Most agencies want thousands of dollars up front. I'd rather build your site the way good results actually happen: in order of priority, a little every month, with each page informed by what we learn. You can also pay once for the whole build if you'd rather not have a monthly cost.

Recommended

Build as you grow

$500 to start, then your monthly plan

Low upfront cost. Your site launches fast with the essentials, then grows every month in order of what matters most.

  • Kickoff ($500): fast new hosting, your core pages live (home, about, services, contact), or up to 10 pages moved from your current site
  • Google Business Profile cleanup and a growth roadmap session
  • Then your monthly plan adds pages in priority order: 1, 4 or 8+ a month
  • 6-month starting term, then month to month

Example: on the Grow plan, you start with $500, then $1,000 a month. By month six, your site has its core pages plus at least 24 new ones, each chosen for a reason.

Build it all now

From $1,500 one time

Prefer to pay once? Your full site is delivered in one go, with no monthly cost unless you want one.

  • Full site delivered in about 1–2 weeks
  • Search setup, Google Business Profile cleanup and a growth roadmap session
  • 30 days of tending after launch
  • 50% to start, 50% at launch
  • Add a monthly plan any time

Monthly plans

This is where your site keeps growing and the results come from. Local SEO agencies charge about $1,500 a month on average. Most plans here cost less, and every one includes strategy from me. With build as you grow, plans start with a six-month term. If you paid once for your build, plans start with three months. After that, it's month to month.

Local data pages

The pages that local news, city blogs and community sites actually link to. Generic service pages never earn those links.

A local data page answers a real question about your area with real numbers: public data from your city, county, state or industry, cleaned up, sourced and put in one clear place for the first time. When you can share it safely, we add your own numbers too, anonymized and averaged. Nobody else has that data.

From $750 per page · includes research, writing, charts, sources and outreach to local sites

What that can look like

  • A chiropractor in a tourist town: public tourism and health statistics for the area, matched to the times of year visitors arrive
  • A pub or restaurant in an event district: the neighborhood's event calendar and foot traffic, showing the busiest nights of the year
  • A barbershop or salon: local business and licensing data, showing how the neighborhood has grown
  • A roofer or tree service: county storm and permit records, so homeowners know what to expect
  • Any service business: your own quotes, jobs and prices, anonymized and averaged into a local price guide

Your customers' private information is never published. We use public sources and aggregated numbers only, and you approve every figure before it goes live.

Questions

How long does a website migration take?

Most migrations are live within one to two weeks, depending on how quickly you can review drafts and share access.

Do I own my website?

Yes. Your domain, your content and your site files stay yours, whether or not you keep a monthly plan.

What is AI visibility?

More people now ask ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI tools for recommendations. AI visibility work makes your business clear and easy for those tools to find, understand and recommend.

What is a local data page, and why does it help?

It's a page built around real numbers about your area, like event calendars, tourism, permits or your own anonymized prices. Local news sites, bloggers and community groups link to useful local data. They don't link to sales pages. Those links tell Google and AI tools that your business is a trusted local source.

Why are your prices lower than other agencies?

I use AI tools for the repetitive parts of the work, like moving pages, first drafts and technical checks. That saves hours, and you get the savings. Everything that needs judgment, including editing in your voice and your growth strategy, is still done by me.

Is there a minimum commitment?

With build as you grow, your plan starts with a six-month term, because your site is being built across those months. If you paid once for your build, monthly plans start with three months. After that, everything is month to month.

Why do you recommend building over time?

Because that's how sites actually win. Instead of guessing at 20 pages on day one, we launch the essentials, watch what people search for and click on, and build the next pages in order of what will bring you the most customers. You also keep more money in your business up front.

Do you only work with chiropractors?

No. I work with local businesses of all kinds, from practices and barbershops to restaurants and service companies. What matters is that you care about doing right by your customers.
