Launch-Ready Practice · For chiropractic students and new grads

Open your doors already found online.

You've spent years learning to adjust. Being found on opening day is a different skill, and it takes months to set up. Launch-Ready Practice gets your domain, your website, your Google Business Profile, online booking and a reviews plan in place before you open, plus a 90-day visibility plan for what comes after.

I'm Dr. Ben Glass. I've practiced in Oakland since 2013, run my own practice downtown for about ten years, and built its website and systems myself. Whether you're opening your own practice or joining someone else's, I'll help you start out known for who you really are.

Ready before opening day Strategy included You own everything

What you get, ready before you open

Six pieces that work together, so the first person who searches for a chiropractor near your new office finds you, understands you and can book you.

01 · Domain

Your name on the web

We choose and register a domain that fits your practice, in your name, along with a matching business email if you need one.

02 · Core site

A fast, honest website

Home, about, services and contact pages, written in your voice, built to load fast on a phone, and set up so Google, Bing and AI tools can read it.

03 · Google Business Profile

On the map from day one

Your profile created and filled in with your services, hours, photos and opening date. We start early, because verification can take time.

04 · Booking

A clear way to book

Your online scheduling, using the tool you choose, connected to your site and your Google profile, so a new patient can book in a few taps.

05 · Reviews plan

Your first reviews, on purpose

When and how to ask, a short script, a QR card for your front desk, and how to reply to reviews without ever confirming that someone is your patient.

06 · 90-day visibility plan

What to do after you open

A written plan for your first three months: which pages to add, what to post on your profile, and the few things that matter most for being found locally.

Your launch timeline

Planted early, so it's growing when you open

The same method I use with every business: Envision, Prioritize, Implement, Emerge. For a new practice, it follows your opening date.

  1. 90 days out Envision
    • Launch call: your vision, your community, your opening date
    • Domain registered and business email set up
    • Google Business Profile started, with your opening date
    • Your story, services and site plan agreed
    • Booking tool chosen
  2. 30 days out Prioritize · Implement
    • Core site drafted, reviewed by you and revised
    • Booking connected to your site and profile
    • Profile filled in: services, hours, photos
    • Reviews plan and QR card ready
    • Site live with an "opening soon" message and search setup
  3. Opening week Implement
    • Site switches from "opening soon" to "now booking"
    • Profile hours and photos of your finished space go live
    • Every phone link, form and booking path checked on a phone
    • Your first review requests go out, following the plan
  4. First 90 days Emerge
    • Your 90-day visibility plan, carried out month by month
    • New pages added in order of priority
    • Profile posts and upkeep
    • A monthly report, and a re-exam at day 90

Opening sooner than 90 days from now? Tell me your date on the launch call. We'll put the essentials first so you're findable on opening day, then build out the rest.

Two ways to pay for it

Strategy is included either way, and so is direct access to me. Your domain, content and site files stay yours.

Students and new grads: mention code [CODE] on your launch call for [PLACEHOLDER: what the code takes off, and when it expires].

What you need to have ready

You don't need all of this before the launch call. Most of it comes together over the first few weeks, and the call is where we sort out what's missing.

Your practice

  • Your practice name, or two or three you're choosing between
  • Your address or signed lease, or the area you're looking in
  • Your target opening date, even a rough one
  • The phone number you'll keep long term

Your care and your story

  • Why you became a chiropractor, in a few sentences
  • The techniques you use and who you most want to help
  • Your services, cash prices and any insurance you'll accept
  • Your planned hours

Photos and brand

  • A headshot (a phone photo in good light works to start)
  • Photos of your space once it's ready
  • A logo or colors, if you have them (not required)

Accounts

  • A Google account for the practice
  • The scheduling or practice software you plan to use, or a shortlist
  • Your domain login, if you've already bought one

Please don't send passwords. We set up access safely together, usually by adding me as a user on your accounts.

Questions

When should I start?

Ideally about 90 days before opening day. That leaves time to set up your domain, start your Google Business Profile, build and review your site, and connect booking before you open. If you're closer than that, we focus on the essentials first.

I'm still a student. Is it too early?

Not if you know roughly where and when you'll open. If you don't yet, a launch call can still help you plan the order of things, and we start building once your date is set.

What if I'm joining a practice instead of opening my own?

You still need to be findable under your own name. We can set up a personal domain and doctor page, make sure you're listed properly on the practice's site and Google profile, and plan how you'll build your own patient base. We'll shape it on the launch call.

Do I own my domain and website?

Yes. Your domain is registered in your name, and your content and site files stay yours, whether or not you keep a monthly plan.

Do you handle patient information?

No. Nothing in this work needs patient information, and none should be shared on the launch call or through these forms. Your booking and patient records stay in the scheduling or practice software you choose.
